After a weekend with a lot of sun, which resulted in extremely high temperatures, the battle for the Dutch Championship was commenced. On Saturday, the semi-finals were played for both divisions which resulted in final games on Sunday between the Rotterdam Jaguars and the Amsterdam Lions in the first division, and the Tilburg Titans versus the Domstad Devils in the second division.

The Amsterdam Lions proved to be victorious over the Rotterdam Jaguars and the Domstad Devils were too strong for the Tilburg Titans. Congratulations on becoming Dutch champions Lions and Devils! A good second place for the Jaguars (D1) and the Titans (D2)!

The third place in the second division was filled by Rotterdam Jaguars 2 and the fourth place was for the Den Haag Loco's. In the first division, the Groningen Gladiators took the third place which resulted in a fourth place for the Den Haag Knights. Congratulations also to all teams who made it this far in both Dutch leagues!
